Job Description
The Business Operations Analyst 4 serves as a key liaison between business lines and the Employee Scorecard Program, supporting the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of employee performance measurement solutions. This role partners with business leaders, reporting teams, technology partners, and other stakeholders to deliver scorecard solutions that drive performance visibility, operational efficiency, and employee development.
The analyst is responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, and recommending system and procedural enhancements. This position supports onboarding new business areas to scorecard platforms, facilitates implementation activities, develops customized scorecards, and provides ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization.
The role also contributes to change management efforts by assisting with training, education, product demonstrations, and communication activities that support new implementations and enhancements. The successful candidate will work independently while managing multiple priorities and maintaining strong partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business lines utilizing the Employee Scorecard Program.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation activities for new business areas adopting scorecard solutions.
  • Develop, maintain, and support employee performance scorecards and related reporting tools.
  • Analyze existing workflows, systems, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend technical and procedural enhancements that improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Partner with business leaders, reporting teams, technology teams, and HR stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions.
  • Monitor and track projects, implementation activities, and performance data while providing updates and reporting to leadership.
  • Support change management initiatives through training, communication, demonstrations, and user education.
  • Develop test plans and perform testing for new systems, system enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Ensure activities and documentation comply with established policies, procedures, and governance requirements.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five or more years of experience in business operations, business analysis, process improvement, systems analysis, project implementation, or related disciplines.
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Experience supporting workforce performance, scorecard, reporting, or performance management programs.
  • Understanding of change management principles and organizational adoption strategies.
  • Experience facilitating training, onboarding, or implementation initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Power Apps.
  • Strong quantitative aptitude and comfort working with metrics, calculations, and data analysis.

This position follows a hybrid work schedule with approximately 60% in-office attendance at one of the posted hub locations.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
