Job description

At Amteck, we're creating a new role designed to strengthen support for our field employees and supervisors. As an Employee Support Partner, you'll serve as a trusted resource in the field-building relationships, gathering feedback, supporting supervisors, and helping employees connect with the resources they need.

This is an opportunity to help shape a new function within Amteck and make a direct impact on the employee experience.

What You'll Do
  • Build strong relationships with field employees and supervisors
  • Travel to job sites and serve as a visible, approachable resource
  • Support supervisors with reviews, feedback conversations, and employee development processes
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and connect employees to available resources
  • Gather employee feedback and share insights that help improve the employee experience
  • Help ensure our people processes are executed consistently across job sites
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or similar environments
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Professional judgment and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Desire to help employees and supervisors succeed
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
