Summary:
The Manager, Enterprise New Employee Experience & Development is responsible for designing, transforming, and leading Ashley Furniture's enterprise-wide onboarding and new employee experience strategy.
This leader will create a best-in-class onboarding experience that accelerates new hire productivity, strengthens engagement, reinforces Ashley's culture and values, and improves retention across a geographically dispersed workforce.
This role owns the complete new employee journey-from pre-boarding through the first year of employment-ensuring every employee experiences a consistent, engaging, and high-quality transition into Ashley.
Operating at the intersection of Learning & Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, and Business Operations, this leader partners with executive leadership, HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and business leaders to ensure onboarding drives measurable business results.
Following successful implementation of the enterprise onboarding strategy, this role will expand to support Leadership Development and Professional Development initiatives that prepare employees for long-term career growth within Ashley.
Work Environment:
  • This position is located in a climate-controlled office environment with standard lighting and moderate noise levels typical of professional workspace settings. The role primarily involves sitting at a desk for extended periods while working with computers, phones, and other office equipment. The collaborative environment includes interaction with team members and may require attendance at meetings, conference calls, and cross-departmental communications during regular business hours.
