The right candidate will be a motivated team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to help drive dealership success. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping connect them with our sales and service departments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Respond to internet leads using dealership-approved scripts, templates, and CRM tools
  • Schedule sales appointments and confirm customer visits with the sales team
  • Provide initial product and financing information based on customer needs
  • Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with prospective customers

REQUIREMENTS
