Momenta Psychotherapy Services is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dedicated team. This pivotal role focuses on providing vital mental health support to seniors facing challenges associated with aging, loss, and life transitions. Work Environment

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with the team and clients. Our standard workweek runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring a balanced professional life. The remote structure is designed to support productivity while enabling our counselors to engage with clients in their preferred environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments: Evaluate the psychological and emotional needs of elderly clients, formulating tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments.
  • Provide individualized and group counseling: Facilitate therapy sessions that address the unique emotional challenges faced by seniors, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
  • Educate caregivers and families: Develop resources and training for staff and family members to enhance emotional support for clients, promoting strategies that improve overall quality of life.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
