• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, incorporating evidence-based methodologies.
• Implement pre-crisis and crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support plans, ensuring clients are well-prepared for various situations.
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with regulatory standards, submitting documentation promptly to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize standardized evidence-based screening tools, collaborating effectively with clinical teams to assess and enhance client care.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the high standards of our services.
• Serve as a vital liaison amongst various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering collaborative relationships and resource sharing.
• Engage in community outreach efforts, promoting our programs while also identifying new partnerships and funding sources to enhance our service offerings.
• Prioritize ongoing professional development by attending conferences, actively participating in statewide meetings, and representing Serenity Support Services in various forums.
• Integrate and uphold the organization’s mission, values, and principles in every aspect of your work.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic objectives.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, and those with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. • A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required to qualify for this position.
• An independent LMHC license is essential for practice in Florida.
