Serenity Support Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time, remote position within our community-focused mental health clinic. Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Serenity Support Services, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate mental health challenges and developing tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices, to promote positive outcomes.
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate clinical records that comply with regulatory standards and support continuity of care.
• Collaborating actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to enhance patient support through coordinated care.
• Providing essential education and resources to patients and their families to aid in understanding mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Staying informed of current research and trends in mental health to implement innovative practices within the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will engage you with a diverse clientele encompassing a wide range of ages and backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. You will work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other psychological disorders, allowing you to make significant improvements in their lives through compassionate care and professional intervention.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Kansas.
• A solid understanding of solution-focused therapy and familiarity with evidence-based interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

While we seek qualified LCSWs, preference will be given to those with experience in outpatient settings and those who have worked with varied patient demographics. Additional training or certifications in specialty areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or family therapy may enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits
