Responsibilities
  • Front-line greeter serves visitors by greeting them warmly and professionally.
  • Answer telephones, respond to, and send faxes. Directs visitors, employees, and patients appropriately.
  • Must have strong communication skills and computer skills.
  • Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies;

    verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs.


Qualifications

Job Requirements: 

  • High School graduate.

  • Demonstrates proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet skills, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Job Requirements:  

  • Minimum of two years of office environment experience.

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
