The Bisnow marketing team gets to drive results and touch every part of the business. Internally this position is called the Marketing Coordinator. As a member of the team, you'll get the chance to collaborate across teams on a daily basis, partnering with tech, production, event coordination, editorial, and sales to promote our products, build our brand, and connect the commercial real estate industry. This is a hybrid role in office 3 days a week and from home 2 days per week; located at 123 William Street.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead event marketing for various top tier markets. Own all aspects of the marketing plan and execution focused on driving attendee ticket sales including email marketing, promotional messaging, ad placement, newsletters, social media & more.
  • Analyze & refine data - using reporting tools including Iterable, Google Analytics, and SocialFlow, understand conversion rates, optimize performance and identify opportunities to drive marketing forward and increase revenue opportunities.
  • Improve product and event performance using data and analytics, as well as marketing best practices, to strengthen our portfolio and drive sales.
  • Partner with sales and marketing team to drive demand gen for advertisers, working on content marketing, ad campaigns, search engine marketing, and more tools to deliver inbound leads to sales.
  • Collaborate with production and sales teams to create strategies and messaging that resonates with local audiences.
What are we looking for?
  • Must have 1 - 3 years of marketing experience in media, live events or a digital role.
  • Must have experience in high volume email marketing, ideally focused on event promotion or other promotional campaigns.
  • Experience building, optimizing and reporting on multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong excel and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities, but flexibility to pivot and respond to change.
  • Team-oriented, but able to work independently.
  • Experience working with Iterable or another email marketing tool, Google Analytics, Canva, and event marketing experience is a must.
