We are seeking a highly analytical and creative individual to step into a pivotal role, leading the optimization of our integrated marketing programs. What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of print programs, including planning, forecasting, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and implement integrated print and digital channel strategies, ensuring digital touchpoints (email, site, push notifications, SMS, and app) seamlessly complement print programs to create high-impact customer journeys.
  • Define customer segmentation and targeting strategies, collaborating with analytics, finance, and campaign operations teams to deliver the right message to the right customer at the optimal time.
  • Drive campaign selection and audience planning, aligning customer choices with business objectives, seasonal priorities, and performance benchmarks.
  • Spearhead testing ideation and roadmap development, encompassing hypothesis creation, test design, and measurement frameworks to continuously enhance performance.
  • Partner with Creative and Brand teams to develop clear, insight-driven creative briefs that ensure consistent messaging across print and digital channels.
  • Support weekly reporting and performance analysis to inform real-time adjustments.
  • Conduct thorough post-campaign performance analysis and reporting, distilling data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that influence channel and investment decisions.
  • Analyze financial models and forecasts to evaluate ROI, optimize budget allocation, and support business case development for new initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end project coordination, including timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Campaign Operations, Creative, Finance, Production, Analytics, Loyalty, and Digital teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistency across all programs.
  • Coordinate approvals and stakeholder alignment, ensuring all campaigns meet marketing requirements while maintaining speed to market.
  • Maintain and improve operational processes, documentation, and campaign workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for print and integrated channel strategy, identifying opportunities to innovate and evolve the customer experience.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing analytics, or customer insights.
  • Strong knowledge of performance KPIs, campaign and testing measurement, and customer segmentation.
  • Direct experience with owned marketing drivers such as Email, Push notifications, SMS, and Direct Mail.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative spirit, actively contributing and seeking input from others.
