Project Manager

Location: Anaheim, CA
Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus Incentives

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial projects within the gate, access control, overhead door, and facility services industry. This individual will manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with operations, sales, field technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing fast-paced service and construction-related projects from kickoff through completion.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of commercial projects from award through closeout
  • Coordinate scheduling, labor allocation, materials, subcontractors, and project timelines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Track project budgets, job costing, change orders, and overall profitability
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting timelines or customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and field operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct project kickoff meetings and maintain regular status updates with stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and customer requirements
  • Review contracts, scopes of work, drawings, and specifications
  • Support process improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication records

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management experience in construction, service, security systems, gates, overhead doors, HVAC, electrical, or related industries
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects
  • Experience coordinating field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and project tracking
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management software, and ERP/CRM systems
  • Ability to read project plans, scopes, and technical documents preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred

Preferred Experience
  • Commercial gate, overhead door, access control, or low-voltage industry experience
