Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee multiple small to medium projects, or one large project, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

  • Supervise and support field staff and Foremen in daily project administration.

  • Maintain strong relationships with General Contractor Superintendents and office teams.

  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to ensure smooth execution.

  • Ensure all BEI safety procedures and relevant electrical codes are followed.

  • Track project progress through regular reports and maintain all required documentation and logs.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication, reliable service delivery, and long-term partnerships.

  • Coordinate effectively with site coordinators, clients, and subcontractors.

Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager (field and/or office experience welcomed).

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience managing commercial/industrial electrical projects.

  • Ability to lead and mentor field teams while communicating effectively with clients.

  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently under pressure.

  • Experience working in hospital environments with familiarity in inspections and compliance requirements from governing and regulatory bodies overseeing hospitals.

  • OSHPD/HCAi experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong general skills in the Electrical field are encouraged to apply, as training can be provided as needed.
