Project Manager (Electrical Construction)

Location: Orange County, CA (On-Site)


JML Search is partnering with a leading electrical contractor in Southern California to identify a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects throughout the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion

• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and labor plans

• Manage project financial performance, contracts, change orders, and procurement activities

• Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and project resources

• Work closely with field leadership, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Monitor project progress, profitability, and overall project execution

• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget


QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction

• Experience managing commercial construction projects

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and financial management skills

• Experience managing contracts, change orders, and project controls

• Electrical construction experience is strongly preferred

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, Primavera P6, or similar construction software is a plus
