Position: Project Manager - Irvine, CA


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee multiple renovation and construction projects from inception through closeout.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, maintaining clear communication and fostering strong relationships.
  • Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and project documentation.
  • Troubleshoot project challenges and proactively implement solutions.
  • Deliver projects that align with budget, schedule, and client expectations.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience in construction or renovations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, safety protocols, and project management software.
