Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer projects remain within scope, on schedule, and within budget, while meeting established service level expectations.
Essential Functions
  • Lead objectives for customer-facing and internal projects, varying in duration, complexity, and risk levels.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal, customers, vendor partners and other third parties.
  • Conduct project planning and review meetings to define scope and objectives, action and resource plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments and contingency plans.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Coordinate internal, customer, vendor, and third-party resources to ensure resource availability, allocation, and execution of projects.
  • Measure project progress, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or risks that may impact project(s) success.
  • Provide regular project updates, status reports, and issue resolutions to leadership.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field and minimum of 3 years' project management experience and PMP Certification, OR
  • Associate's degree and 5-7 years' relevant project management experience handling complex projects and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required in lieu of a degree.
  • Previous working experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Previous experience supporting complex projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites. Some overnight travel is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience utilizing multiple project management frameworks, disciplines, or tools (e.g., Waterfall Project Management, Agile Project Management, Kanban, Visual Boards, etc.).
  • Previous experience leading a direct team preferred.
  • Previous construction industry experience.
