Commercial Roofing Sales & Project Support Coordinator โ€“ Nasi Roofing

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Assist Commercial Roofing Sales with proposal preparation, bid packages, and customer follow-up as directed.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and pending bids within the CRM system.
  • Support estimating and pre-construction activities by organizing project information and gathering required documents as requested.

Project Management Support

  • Assist Commercial Project Managers with daily project coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Work with Expeditor to track project items in CRM as needed
  • Help ensure projects are compliant with company processes, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
  • Support job costing and project tracking by entering and maintaining accurate information.

CRM & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM system.
  • Enter and update customer information, sales activities, project notes, and follow-up tasks.
  • Upload contracts, photos, proposals, permits, and project documentation into job files and CRM platforms.
  • Organize and maintain electronic filing systems for commercial roofing projects.
  • Prepare reports for sales and project management teams as requested.
  • Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and other administrative functions as needed.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived.
