Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Wilmington, NC
My client is seeking a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives on solving problems directly on the manufacturing floor. This role will lead a small maintenance team while personally troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation-related equipment issues that directly impact production uptime.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automated production equipment
  • Lead and schedule a two-person maintenance team
  • Diagnose equipment failures and implement permanent corrective actions

  • Support facility systems, equipment installations, and capital projects
  • Coordinate vendors and specialized contractors
