A growing industrial manufacturer is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor / PLC Programmer to join its maintenance and controls team. This is a direct-hire opportunity for someone with a strong background in industrial automation, electrical troubleshooting, and PLC programming who enjoys working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and modify PLC programs to support production
Diagnose and repair industrial electrical and automation systems
Support VFDs, servo systems, motor controls, and control panels
Read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logic
Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automation-related equipment issues
Assist with process improvements and equipment reliability initiatives
Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards
Provide technical leadership and support within the maintenance team
Qualifications
Several years of industrial electrical and controls experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience troubleshooting and modifying Allen-Bradley PLCs
Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems
Experience with VFDs, servo drives, three-phase electrical systems, and motor controls
Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic
Previous leadership or lead experience is preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Direct Hire
- $130,000–$150,000 annually
