As a working leader, you will supervise 8–10 electricians and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with NEC standards. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong field knowledge, and the ability to maintain seamless communication between field personnel and management. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations for crews of 8–10 electricians and apprentices on industrial project sites
  • Plan and assign daily tasks, track crew productivity, and maintain a safe and organized jobsite
  • Coordinate with superintendents and project managers to ensure milestones are met
  • Monitor and maintain electrical quality standards, ensuring all work complies with NEC regulations
  • Manage truck stock, tools, and material deliveries to avoid delays and maintain readiness
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and provide field-level solutions efficiently
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, including manpower, progress, and material needs
  • Participate in safety meetings and lead by example to uphold jobsite safety protocols
  • Support and mentor junior electricians, fostering a culture of learning and accountability
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, controls, and NEC compliance
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate crews in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using smartphones, email, and digital tools to communicate and track progress
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must represent Beargate with professionalism, dependability, and a strong work ethic
