Job Title: Electrical Project ExecutiveJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Executive to provide strategic leadership and oversight for a large-scale, mission-critical construction program. This individual will manage multiple project teams, ensuring operational excellence, driving financial performance, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. The role demands extensive experience in managing complex commercial and industrial electrical construction projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level oversight for large electrical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.
  • Lead project teams consisting of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement project execution strategies to achieve safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives.
  • Ensure coordination between field operations, engineering, procurement, and client stakeholders.
  • Support resolution of major project challenges, risks, and schedule impacts.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, owners, general contractors, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary executive point of contact throughout project execution.
  • Lead executive-level project meetings and provide performance updates.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for future business growth.
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and profitability.
  • Review and approve major purchasing decisions, subcontract agreements, and change orders.
  • Monitor project financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure projects meet or exceed profit and margin objectives.
  • Direct manpower planning and resource allocation across multiple projects.
  • Partner with operations leadership to ensure workforce availability and project staffing needs are met.

Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in electrical construction management.
  • 7+ years of experience leading multiple project teams or large-scale construction programs.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, data center, semiconductor, or advanced technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls.
  • Proven experience managing projects valued in excess of $50M.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience overseeing mission-critical, advanced manufacturing, or highly technical industrial facilities.
  • PMP, CCM, OSHA 30, or other industry certifications.
  • Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, ACCUBID, or related construction management software.
  • Experience managing self-perform electrical construction operations.
Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $95.00/hr.
