Job description

This role is a strong fit for an electrically-minded project manager who enjoys owning work end-to-end and building relationships in the field. You'll manage electrical project scopes while also serving as the primary point of contact for a key solar partner, with the opportunity to grow your renewable energy experience along the way. Based in Raleigh with regular travel to project sites, this position blends office, remote, and field work in a team-oriented environment.
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Manage electrical project scopes from initiation through closeout
- Serve as the single point of contact for a dedicated solar partner account
- Learn and execute partner-specific solar documentation and turnover requirements
- Oversee projects end-to-end, coordinating schedules, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinate closely with field teams to keep work moving on schedule
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner stakeholders
- Travel to project sites across the U.S. on a regular basis (frequency varies by project location)
- Report to a senior project manager while contributing to a collaborative team
Project Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a project management role for an electrical contractor required
