Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead service operations, oversee commercial, industrial, and residential electrical projects, and drive profitability within their service division. This individual will manage project execution, estimating, customer relationships, and field personnel while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on budget.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the electrical service division, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
-Manage estimating, project scheduling, purchasing, change orders, billing, and overall job profitability.
-Lead, mentor, and support field personnel while monitoring productivity, labor utilization, safety, and quality standards.
-Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
-Monitor project performance, resolve technical and operational issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements:
-10+ years of experience managing electrical service or electrical construction projects within commercial, industrial, or residential environments.
-3+ years of leadership experience managing field personnel with a strong understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and operational best practices.
-Valid driver's license with excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
Preferences:
- Journeyman electrician license or HVAC certifications
- Client-facing experience with a track record of growing service business through relationship development.
-Background in estimating, project management, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing job profitability.
