EHS Management Systems Specialist (OSHA | SharePoint | Audits)

Location: Tucson, AZ (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 9/80 schedule
Citizenship: U.S. Citizen required

Job Summary

Seeking an EHS Management Systems Specialist to support Environmental, Health & Safety programs at its Tucson facility. This role focuses on maintaining audit-ready EHS management systems, managing SharePoint documentation, supporting audits, and driving EHS communications and metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain EHS management systems aligned with company policies

  • Control EHS documentation (policies, procedures, records) in SharePoint

  • Manage EHS website content and regional communications

  • Track EHS metrics, dashboards, and KPIs

  • Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

  • Support internal/external audits and regulatory inspections

  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2+ years of EHS or Safety Management experience

  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and ANSI standards

  • Experience with SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong organization and communication skills

Preferred
  • Enablon EHS software experience

  • CSP, ASP, or CIH certification
