Overview
A growing company is seeking a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, subcontractors, and callers. This role is ideal for a professional, organized, and bilingual individual who can manage front desk responsibilities while providing general administrative support to the office.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and subcontractors in a professional manner

• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

• Manage conference room scheduling and help maintain presentable common areas

• Order, organize, and maintain office supplies

• Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed

• Serve as the first point of contact and create a welcoming office environment

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

• Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills

• Comfortable interacting with visitors, vendors, subcontractors, and employees

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office

• Ability to multitask and manage front desk responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment
