Project Manager – EHR Migration Job Description:Hospice and Palliative Care Provider in New York is seeking a Project Manager to move the organization from ShiFox Practice Management EHR to Medent Practice Manager. This resource will be responsible for guiding the organization through a gap analysis of current state build within ShiFox, followed by the management of the implementation phase for Medent Practice Manager including design/specification phase, build, integrated testing, etc) and delivery by the end of Q4.

Requirements:

8+ Years Experience as Project Manager in healthcare IT Setting

  • Must have proven experience leading the migration from one EHR to another platform

Logistics:

  • Project Manager; (Preference to those that have worked with Medent Practice Manager)
    • Includes Gap analysis and Implementation (including design/specification phase, build, integrated testing, etc) and Delivery
  • Start Date: ASAP
