Job description

Econsult Project Manager

Location: San Mateo/SFO Bay Area

On-site/Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid

Duration: 6 Months to start Equipment Provided: YES Laptop/Computer

The Project Manager will manage and collaborate with a cross functional project team and organize the teams to integrate eConsult platform. Facilitate regular project meetings, provide clear and timely project status updates, and ensure deliverables align with quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Key duties include and not limited to:

  • Develop the Project Charter Using Smartsheet project management tool, create and maintain a detailed Project Plan.
  • Actively manage the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions).
  • Gather and document requirements and perform gap analysis as needed.
  • This project involves the integration of Clients eConsult platform to enable secure, electronic specialty consultations for specific conditions. Through this collaboration, Client providers will be able to submit clinical questions to Client specialists and receive timely guidance. The platform leverages clients proprietary license to the ArtistaMD system and ensures that all communications and recommendations are documented in both organizations' Epic/County EMR App. This integration supports improved care coordination, faster diagnostic support, and strengthened cross-institutional collaboration

Required Skills:

  • 57 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or public sector environments
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with eConsult, preferred platform ArtistaMD

Qualification:

  • Working knowledge of Epic systems (certification not required)
  • Bachelor's degree or Experience: 5-7 years of Project Management experience
  • Working knowledge of EHR System (Epic preferred), SmartSheet
