Your Role

Join a mission-driven health system and support the growth of a new, 4-year ACGME-accredited PM&R Residency Program. As Associate Program Director, youll collaborate with program leadership to shape curriculum, mentor residents, and ensure academic excellencewhile maintaining a fulfilling clinical practice.

What Youll Do

50% Administrative

  • Assist Program Director with curriculum development and ACGME compliance
  • Lead didactics, resident recruitment, and mentoring
  • Oversee resident evaluations and program improvement initiatives

50% Clinical

  • Serve as Attending in inpatient rehab or outpatient neuro clinics
  • Provide hands-on resident teaching and patient care
  • Support a team-based, community-focused approach to rehabilitation
