Job Title: Security Operations Manager (Must have NC Security Licensure and Valid Drivers License)
Salary Range: $78K -$81K, plus annual incentive (weekly pay, pay advance before pay day, free uniforms, great benefits!)
Are you a leader with 5-7 years of experience in security operations management, law enforcement, or public spaces administration? Block by Block is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee one of our Ambassador programs. This role requires advanced client relationship management skills to manage daily district program operations and deliver continual program improvements. We're looking for someone with strong managerial skills, a great work ethic, experience supervising a team of employees, and a passion for creating a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring and training a positive, skilled, and dependable team.
  • Adjusting the deployment of resources to match changing needs.
  • Identifying and solving problems to improve program quality.
  • Procuring and managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
