What youll do
  • Manages all in salon class assigning, planning, related travel, related expense approval
  • Manages all planning of Key Account annual education class calendars
  • Aligns with key sales partners to support all business strategies to plan education in line with acquisition, growth, and maintenance of any potential or existing accounts
  • Supports distributor sales meetings & trainings within region.
  • Identifies AE (ASK Expert needs) regional recruitment needs and onboards, mentors and manages their development
  • Manages assigned budgets
  • Provides monthly assigned reports to their manager
  • The Regional Education Manager (REM), you should have 5+ years' experience in managing the full array of professional beauty education and training campaigns that are channel and customer specific.
  • You should have a solid understanding of bringing education and training curriculum to market providing practical application techniques that drive a sales plan for growth as directed by the Channel Education Manager and Director of Events & Education.
  • The ideal candidate will contribute regularly to education and training initiatives which will drive business for Schwarzkopf Professional by creating value for clients which contribute to long-term complimentary business relationships.
