Hiring: Project Manager โ€“ Education Solutions (Agile)

๐Ÿ“ Location: Remote (EST Hours Preferred)

๐Ÿ“… Duration: 6-Month Contract


We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Agile delivery for multiple product and technology initiatives within an Education Solutions organization. This is a hands-on PM role focused on execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, and Agile ceremoniesโ€”not a Product Owner role.


Key Responsibilities

Manage small to mid-sized Agile projects from planning through delivery.

Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, dependency management, and risk tracking.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide regular project status updates.

Maintain project documentation, Jira boards, Confluence pages, and project trackers.

Support onshore/offshore teams while ensuring timely delivery.

Leverage AI tools to improve project tracking, reporting, and PM processes.


Required Skills

5+ years of Project Management experience in Agile environments.

Strong experience with Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence.

Proven ability to manage iterative product development projects.

Excellent stakeholder communication, reporting, and organizational skills.

Experience managing dependencies, risks, and cross-functional teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.


Preferred Qualifications

EdTech industry experience.

Experience with authentication/access management projects.

Analytics, dashboards, or reporting project experience.

AI/Proof of Concept (POC) project exposure.

Experience partnering with UX Design teams.

CSM, CSPO, or other Agile certifications are a plus.
