We are Home Alliance Business Academy, a fast-growing virtual academy helping technicians - and anyone interested in the trades - to start, grow, and scale their own businesses.
From Appliance Repair, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Handyman, Home Cleaning, Solar, to Property Management - we provide the knowledge, systems, and mentorship to build profitable companies in any home service vertical.
We're looking for a Virtual Project Manager to take ownership of this academy product, drive its expansion, and eventually step into a CEO / Managing Partner role.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the existing Business Academy platform.
Develop programs that guide technicians and entrepreneurs through launching and scaling trade businesses.
Expand curriculum across verticals: Appliance Repair, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Solar, Cleaning, Property Management, etc.
Build and lead a remote team of instructors, mentors, and support staff.
Drive enrollment growth, engagement, and business outcomes for students.
Create scalable processes and systems to support international growth.
Report on KPIs, implement improvements, and align academy goals with company vision.
Requirements:

Proven experience in Project Management / Product Management (EdTech, business training, SaaS, or similar).
Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to hire and manage remote teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable with scaling a business product.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus: experience in business education, trade industry, or vocational training.
