At Rosetta Stone, our product management approach breaks away from the traditional mold. On any given day you might be leading a brainstorming session and be rapid wireframing with Sales teams, or working with Engineers to strategize data structures, or meeting with our Finance team to spearhead rolling out new payment integrations. This position requires you to be in our San Mateo, CA, headquarters office.ย 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Discover, define, and deliver a wide range of product features; you could be working on anything from learner motivation features to developing new reporting insights to rethinking onboarding flows
  • Collaborate internally to evolve the product, helping to determine which developments make the greatest impact, and seeing them through to completion
  • Design simple, elegant, and robust solutions that address customer needs and align with the broader business strategy; provide detailed written specifications for each solution
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams throughout the end-to-end product development process to achieve the greatest positive impact for users
  • Provide ongoing updates and recommendations to Product and company leadership; contribute to the product vision and roadmap
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or related field
  • 1-3 years of product management experience, preferably in EdTech, Enterprise SaaS, or related field
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially with Engineering, Design, and QA teams
  • Passion for crafting and communicating product vision across the organization
  • Strong focus on user journey and experience, understanding both consumer and enterprise perspectives
  • Proficient in wireframing product concepts to visually communicate ideas and iterate on designs efficiently
  • Proven ability to manage projects adeptly, adjusting tasks and priorities to meet evolving business needs, and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, lean team environment where adaptability is key
  • Learning mindset, embracing challenges with a can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated and proactive, taking initiative without reminders

The base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 to $140,000 + equity + benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.ย
