Job description

Are you ready to build the intelligent engines that power world-class global learning experiences?
The Worldwide Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) team is dedicated to developing global sales platforms that deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive tangible business outcomes. We are looking for a visionary and deeply technical Senior Product Manager to define and scale the backend architecture, admin tools, and audience management systems that fuel our Learning Management System (LMS) and next-generation AI solutions.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our backend product strategy. You will ensure our systems are not only robust, scalable, and compliant, but also intelligent enough to support cutting-edge AI features and seamless global deployment. If you are passionate about bridging the gap between complex technical architecture and seamless user experiences, we want to hear from you.
Description
Drive the Vision: Define and execute the backend product strategy and roadmap for our admin tools and Audience Management. You will translate complex business, operational, and AI/ML needs into elegant, scalable system designs.
Power AI Innovation: Design and deliver the backend capabilities (data models, APIs, integrations) required to support advanced AI-driven features like personalization, chatbots, and recommendation engines. You will enable the secure, scalable integration of ML models into production.
Build for Scale & Trust: Architect enterprise-grade backend solutions that are highly reliable and secure. You will own user management, compliance workflows, and system configurations, ensuring we meet strict global deployment, privacy, and audit requirements.
Collaborate & Lead: Act as the critical bridge between engineering, data science, technical program managers (TPMs), and front-end PMs to drive execution from initial concept to a flawless global launch.
Measure What Matters: Define and track key product success metrics (adoption, system performance, admin efficiency, reliability). You will leverage data to ruthlessly prioritize your well-structured backend backlog and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on backend, platform, or enterprise systems.
Prior experience building, scaling, or integrating Learning Management Systems (LMS), EdTech platforms, or Sales Enablement tools.
Deep technical understanding of APIs, data models, system architecture, and complex integrations.
Proven track record of building admin tools, configuration systems, and scalable product solutions from complex technical requirements.
Strong experience thriving in Agile environments and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
AI/ML Expertise: Experience integrating Machine Learning models, LLMs, or AI-driven features into production systems at scale.
Global Scale: Experience launching enterprise software on a global scale, with a strong understanding of international data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance standards.
Technical Depth: Previous hands-on background in software engineering, data engineering, or system architecture before transitioning to product management.
Advanced Education: Master's degree in a technical field or an MBA.
