Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day organic content: drafting captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement across platforms

  • Help source and track trends relevant to youth sports, parenting, and athlete culture

  • Assist with UGC coordination,  organizing footage from mentor creators, logging assets, and prepping clips for review

  • Support content creator onboarding and communication

  • Help track performance of organic and paid posts and pull together simple reporting

  • Keep our content calendar and asset library organized

Qualifications
  • Active, fluent user of TikTok, Instagram. you understand platform-native content instinctively

  • Strong writer with a good ear for tone and brevity

  • Interest in youth sports, athlete culture, or parenting content a plus

  • Organized and reliable, comfortable managing multiple small tasks at once

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Bonus: experience with basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
