Job description

The Credit Recovery Supervisor oversees the credit recovery program for students in grades 9-12 through the Edmentum online learning platform. Responsibilities include identifying and monitoring students who need credit recovery to remain on track for graduation, enrolling students in appropriate courses, tracking progress and completion, communicating with students, families, counselors, and administrators, and providing support and accountability throughout the learning process.

The Credit Recovery Supervisor also coordinates independent online coursework for students who need schedule flexibility, wish to take courses not available within their regular schedule, or require alternative pathways to earn credits. The position ensures program integrity, maintains accurate records, monitors student engagement and attendance, and works collaboratively with school staff to support student success and graduation outcomes.
