Partnership Manager, Field- New Logo (South FL)

What Is The Position

The Field Partnership Manager, New Logo will be responsible for developing new business in K-12 partners within a defined geographic territory. Ideally, they will live in the geographic territory. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for territory development, generating new sales and business opportunities, and increasing Edmentum's market share in the territory in districts that do not use Edmentum programs.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and develop new acquisition sales opportunities within assigned territory through networking and cold calling efforts to meet/exceed assigned quota.
  • Responsible for defining prospects, setting appointments, and closing beneficial sales within a defined territory.
  • Effectively navigates multiple steps in the sales process with multiple decision makers demonstrating the ability to influence high level decision makers.
  • Maintains proficiency in Edmentum programs and services and appropriately positions Edmentum solutions against the competition.
  • Accurately assess and analyze customer needs and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic sales presentations to small and large groups.
  • Responsible for the creation of a strategic business development plan that outlines the level of activity needed to meet territory objectives.
  • Remain current and informed in federal, state and local funding options.
  • Maintain accurate information and activity tracking in CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Manage travel and expense budgets.
  • Responsible for fulfilling and maintaining Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and work processes throughout the selling process.
  • Engage in self-development and training, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of Edmentum programs and services.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts for territory.
  • Ability to travel extensively in the defined territory (customer meetings, conferences, Edmentum events).
  • Demonstrated history of success in a competitive selling environment.
What Is Required
  • Maintain working knowledge of industry, market, and competitive landscape
  • Fosters a culture of inclusion and cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrates integrity, ethics, and a commitment to Edmentum's mission and values
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 - 7 years of demonstrated experience in field sales (preferably working from a remote office)
  • Minimum of 3 years of solution sales experience
  • Strong business acumen managing to bottom line profitability
  • Exceptional time management, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence sales process through effective presentations and solution selling
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Proficiency in a Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM); Salesforce.com preferred
  • Experience using a Sales Engagement Platform like Outreach or Highspot
  • Based in Southern FL

Pay range for this role:

$90,000 - $100,000 USD
