Marketing Coordinator (Design + Digital)
Location: Innovation Office
Reports to: Chief Brand Officer
Availability Requirements: Full-time salaried position. 40 hours per week, hybrid schedule Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with occasional weekend hours and evenings for special events.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Marketing Coordinator, you will support marketing + advertising activities for PENZONE and each of the Company's four brands: PENZONE Salons + Spas, Royal Rhino Club Barbershop & Lounge, L I T Life + Yoga + BASE ONE. You will work directly with many cross-functional teams to market our brands across a variety of channels. This position offers tremendous hands-on learning opportunities and a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Collaborate on the implementation of various marketing + promotional campaigns.
  • Design + create visual assets to support business needs.
  • Develop and/or coordinate content for our brands, including, but not limited to our blogs, videos, analog + digital salon displays, text messaging + more.
  • Create, implement + analyze email programming for all brands.
  • Website campaign implementation, management, analytics + reporting for all brands.
  • Paid digital marketing campaign support.
  • Content marketing/storytelling for social media, along with managing/contributing to social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok + YouTube.
  • Manage printed brand inventory to support salon operations.
  • General administrative + reporting tasks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Design proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma + Canva
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress and various email platforms
  • Copywriting and copy editing
  • Understanding of social media management + analytics
  • Ability to produce video content
