We are currently searching for a new, full-time member for our team for the position of:Management Coordinator, Senior

Position Description/Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of DoD acquisition processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by the USG.
  • Assist in drawing conclusions and devising solutions to problems relating to improvement of acquisition effectiveness and compliance.
  • Assist with developing and drafting acquisition documentation and assisting with quality control.
  • Assist with performing work measurement studies, program or operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analyses; and rely upon and use automated management information systems in performing fact finding, analytical, and advisory functions.
  • Support key acquisition events and reviews as needed, such as: System Requirements Reviews (SRR), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR), Critical Design Reviews (CDR), Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), Technical Coordination Meetings (TCM), Functional Configuration Audits (FCA), Physical Configuration Audits (PCA), Production Readiness Reviews (PRR), and others as applicable.
  • Collaborate with the division chief, program manager, subject matter experts, and other personnel in the execution of the capability development programs and projects.
  • Provide program management assistance in a variety of areas.
  • Provide administrative assistance including but not limited to: Managing SOCCER and other suspense tasking receipt, tracking and submission process for the division;
  • Assisting the division chief with managing the self-assessment program including using the MICT;
  • Creating and editing administrative, status and miscellaneous division documents including formatting to meet AF correspondence standards;
  • Managing SharePoint site content; Managing the division's official file plan and records; Assisting the Government and Contractor personnel with arranging travel reservations and submitting travel voucher submission related to official trips, and;
  • Creating models using Microsoft Visio or other applications to document existing and proposed business methods for continuity planning and process improvement.
  • Provide office management assistance.
  • Assist the Government staff with the execution of various assigned project and program management as well as administrative management activities, including but not limited to, the creation, editing, maintenance or distribution of project or program documentation, participation in project or program meetings and complying with reporting requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MA/MS degree, and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD -OR-
  • BA/BS degree, and fifteen (15) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD -OR-
  • HSD/GED, twenty (20) years of directly related experience, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD.
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Active Secret DOD Clearance required at hire date will upgrade right candidate to Top Secret DOD Security Clearance
