NTT DATA Services currently seeks an analyst to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

• Analyze, design, and implement EDI solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EDI processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for EDI processes and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and external partners as needed.

• 3+ years strong EDI experience across claim, eligibility, auth transactions.
• 3+ years'' experience in both EDI real-time and batch transaction processing.
• 1+ year experience in the Edifecs Smart Trading platform including maps, guidelines, rules/logic implementation.
• 1+ year of experience understanding of the Edifecs Smart Trading Platform infrastructure including profile management, troubleshooting, logging, alerting.
• 1+ year strong ability to create and maintain technical documentation. This includes basic updates and also includes revision notes, business decisions, and technical background on the decision.
• High School Diploma or GED

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($65.00 - $75.00/hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate''s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
