NTT DATA Services currently seeks an analyst to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

Role Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, and implement EDI solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EDI processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for EDI processes and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams and external partners as needed.
Required Skills/Experience
  • 3+ years strong EDI experience across claim, eligibility, auth transactions.
  • 3+ years'' experience in both EDI real-time and batch transaction processing.
  • 1+ year experience in the Edifecs Smart Trading platform including maps, guidelines, rules/logic implementation.
  • 1+ year of experience understanding of the Edifecs Smart Trading Platform infrastructure including profile management, troubleshooting, logging, alerting.
  • 1+ year strong ability to create and maintain technical documentation. This includes basic updates and also includes revision notes, business decisions, and technical background on the decision.
  • High School Diploma or GED
