Job description

Why We Exist and What We Do:
At Dr. Squatch (www.drsquatch.com), we're raising the bar on men's personal care with our line of natural, high-performance products. We're on a high-growth, fast-moving ride, continually introducing new product categories, launching into retailers nationwide, and growing internationally. We have been recognized and certified by Great Place to Work® multiple times, and we achieved status as a certified B Corp in 2023. We are looking for passionate, talented people who want to join us in our mission to inspire and educate men to be happier and healthier!
Jukebox - Why We Exist and What We Do:
At Jukebox, the women's brand from Dr. Squatch, we're making better-for-you body care something women genuinely crave. We combine obsession-worthy scents with intentional, skin-loving ingredients to make everyday body care anything but boring.
Find us at myjukebox.com and on shelves at Walmart and Target and we're just getting started. We're building a bold, joyful brand with the ambition to redefine women's personal care.
About the Role:
Jukebox is looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to own and grow our digital business across myjukebox.com, email, SMS, loyalty and subscription.
This is a high-energy, high-ownership role for someone who loves making things happen. You'll bring big launches to life, be the visionary behind our site and comms, find new ways to drive conversion and retention, and keep raising the bar for how customers experience Jukebox online.
We're moving fast, so we're looking for a builder and a doer. You spot opportunities, take initiative and run with them. You're just as comfortable thinking about the bigger ecommerce opportunity as you are jumping into Shopify, building a landing page, fixing a customer journey or getting a campaign out the door.
If you love ownership, move fast, sweat the details and get a lot of satisfaction from making things better - you'll have a lot of fun here.
This role will report to the Head of Jukebox at Dr.Squatch, working very closely with the leaders of Brand and Growth Marketing.
This is a full-time role based out of New York City, NY. In office 3 days a week (NoMad area).
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $115,000 to $135,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
What You'll Do:
  • Shopify & Site Experience
    • Own myjukebox.com, from merchandising and launches to landing pages and optimization
    • Turn campaigns and brand moments into compelling, high-converting digital experiences
    • Constantly test, learn and improve conversion, AOV and the customer journey
  • Lifecycle, Retention & Customer Journey
    • Own email, SMS, loyalty and subscription across strategy, execution and performance
    • Build lifecycle journeys that drive repeat purchase, retention and LTV
    • Bring launches, campaigns and brand moments to life across lifecycle
  • Digital Growth & Performance
    • Know performance inside & out and proactively spot opportunities to grow the business
    • Partner with Growth on acquisition funnels, CRO and testing
    • Turn insights into action - quickly
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Operations
    • Be the digital owner across Brand, Growth, Creative and Integrated Marketing
    • Turn priorities into action and keep launches moving
    • Build smarter processes, manage external partners and find better ways to get things done

About You:
  • 4-6+ years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience, ideally at a high-growth consumer brand
  • Deep Shopify experience - you're comfortable getting in there and making things happen yourself
  • Experience owning lifecycle and retention across email, SMS, loyalty and/or subscription
  • You know the ecommerce numbers and use them to make smart, fast decisions
  • High ownership and high agency - you spot what needs to happen and run with it
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment and can bring structure to ambiguity
  • Strong cross-functional operator who can keep multiple priorities and people moving
  • Detail-oriented with a high bar, without letting perfect get in the way of progress
  • Always looking for a smarter, faster or better way to work

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, Recharge, Replo or similar
  • Light HTML/CSS/Liquid familiarity
  • Experience in high-growth DTC or subscription ecommerce

Why Join Us:
  • Jukebox is early enough that you can meaningfully shape how we build and grow our digital business.
  • Own a critical part of the customer experience, with real influence across brand, growth, retention and ecommerce.
  • Move quickly from idea to execution - test, learn and see the impact of your work in real time.
  • Help build the digital engine behind a brand with the ambition to redefine women's personal care.
  • Be part of an ambitious, high-energy team that cares deeply, moves fast and has a lot of fun doing it.
