Job description

Lead Lawn Care Technician – Eco Lawns LLC

Atlanta / Decatur Area
$18–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Veteran and Law Enforcement-Owned | All-Electric Lawn & Landscape Company

Eco Lawns LLC is a fast-growing, veteran-owned lawn care and landscaping company serving the Atlanta area. We are looking for a dependable Lead Lawn Care Technician who takes pride in quality work, leadership, and professionalism.

This is a leadership role for someone with lawn care or landscaping experience who can manage daily routes, operate equipment safely, and help lead a crew.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must be able to drive a truck and trailer and/or box truck
• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience required
• Experience operating commercial lawn equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in Georgia heat and weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Must be dependable, professional, and punctual

Preferred Experience

• Crew lead or foreman experience
• Trailer backing and maneuvering
• Experience with mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, mulch installs, etc.
• Customer service and communication skills

  • Plant Identification is a huge plus.
