Pay: Competitive Salary

We are hiring a friendly and reliable Service/Cashier to join our team at Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing orders and payments, and ensuring consistency in food portions and presentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Take and enter orders accurately into POS system
  • Process cash, credit, and debit transactions
  • Ensure proper portion control standards are followed at all times
  • Package orders correctly for dine-in, takeout, and delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front counter and customer areas
  • Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff
  • Handle customer concerns professionally
  • Balance cash drawer at beginning and end of shift
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements
  • Must have valid Food Handler’s Certification (required)
  • Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic math and cash handling ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Ability to consistently follow portion control standards
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
