What You’ll Do

  • Complete service calls efficiently while troubleshooting electrical issues and educating customers.
  • Meet and exceed key performance goals for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver professional workmanship with the right tools for every job.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site and service vehicle.
  • Build strong customer relationships to provide the right products and services and generate referrals.
  • Follow Eco’s service system to ensure consistent quality and educate customers on products and services.
  • Participate actively in training sessions, team meetings, and company initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–5 years of proven residential electrical experience with a desire to continually improve your skills.
  • Strong understanding of local electrical codes and the ability to apply them on the job.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to learn iPad-based software.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for long periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
