Responsibilities:

  • Assist the outside sales team in helping achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & financial goals established by the Regional Sales Manager
  • Help to service an existing customer base with questions and concerns while continuing to expand current sales orders and requests
  • Drive sales of current products by creating and implementing marketing/business strategies while utilizing current market trends with both inside and outside sales teams
  • Make scheduled sales calls to determine active, inactive and prospective accounts during down time
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all established accounts 
  • Use of CRM system and marketing platforms to track calls and activities performed
  • Assist warehouse operations with making hose assemblies
  • Counter sales and support

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience required, and the ability to meet & exceed target goals
  • BA in Business, or another related field preferred, but not required
  • Experience working in the industrial or manufacturing industry preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Highly organized, with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
