Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer locations (gyms, hospitality, multi-family) for equipment installations
  • Install and configure Echelon equipment, including FitHub-connected systems
  • Assemble, test, and calibrate cardio and strength equipment
  • Perform basic electrical hookups (standard outlets, low-voltage connections)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation or connectivity issues on-site
  • Train staff on equipment usage and basic maintenance
  • Coordinate with internal teams on delivery timelines and install readiness
  • Ensure installations meet Echelon brand standards and client expectations

Requirements
  • 2+ years in equipment installation, field service, or similar hands-on role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude (tools, assembly, troubleshooting)
  • Basic electrical knowledge (safe handling of standard power connections)
  • Comfortable with technology (apps, connectivity, smart equipment)
  • Ability to travel frequently (50-75%+)
  • Clean driving record
  • Professional, client-facing communication skills

Preferred
  • Experience installing gym or commercial fitness equipment
  • Familiarity with connected/IoT devices or AV systems
  • Experience working in gyms, hotels, or commercial environments
