Job Summary
The Paint Line Loader / Unloader is a valuable part of our process of creating high-quality commercial roofing accessory products in the Burgaw Plant. The Paint Line Loader / Unloader partners with other operators, the department lead, and the supervisor to establish and maintain an environment where safety, quality, service, and cost are the highest priorities.
Essential Duties

  • Ability to load and unload material to the highline.
  • Operates various simple one-step or one-process machines to manufacture ventilation or specialty products.
  • Ensures that the work area has been set up to provide optimum safe work area and workow.
  • Monitors quality of materials supplied and parts produced & recommends corrections as necessary.
  • Responsible for keeping the supervisor informed of production problems, which could be material, machine, or personnel-related.
  • Responsible for conformance of production with plant safety standards, quality, production, and eciency.
  • Inspects equipment for operating eciency. Cleans and performs basic maintenance, and makes minor repairs or specied operating adjustments to equipment.
  • Cleans and maintains work areas per plant standards.


Qualifications Required

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • 3+ months prior manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • The employee must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
  • Must be comfortable communicating across diverse teams
