Loader / Unloader โ€“ Paint Line (2nd Shift)

Sherman, TX (Onsite)
Contract | 2nd Shift
$17.50/hr + Overtime


Job Overview

Hiring Loader/Unloader โ€“ Paint Line associates to support manufacturing operations at its Sherman, TX facility. This role involves loading and unloading parts on a paint production line, performing inspections, and assisting with general production tasks in a heavy industrial environment.


Schedule & Pay
  • Shift: 2:30 PM โ€“ 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)

  • Hours: 40 hours/week

  • Overtime: Required (including Saturdays, up to 12-hour shifts)

  • Pay Rate:

    • $17.50/hr (Regular)


Responsibilities
  • Load and unload parts on the paint production line

  • Hang and remove parts from load bars

  • Perform visual inspections before and after painting

  • Enter production data (counts, hours, load info) into a computer

  • Assist with masking, wrapping, and touch-up painting

  • Maintain tools, materials, and work areas

  • Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities

  • Follow safety and quality standards

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally

  • Ability to stand 8โ€“12 hours per shift and perform repetitive tasks

  • Willingness to work mandatory overtime
