Summary:
The Director of the Early Steps Program provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for the Broward County Early Steps programs. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities, while maintaining full compliance with IDEA Part C, state regulations, and contractual requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a Grand Funded position.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Master's degree in public health, social work, early childhood, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
Experience:
* Seven years of leadership experience in early intervention, healthcare, or human services.
* Experience with Early Steps or similar IDEA Part C programs strongly preferred.
