About the Role:
Learning Center at Madison LLC is looking for a passionate and organized Early Childhood Administrator to lead and inspire their team in Wilmington, DE. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners while driving the day-to-day operations of a thriving early childhood program. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the early childhood learning center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff and support personnel
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and early childhood education standards
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and educational programming
  • Manage enrollment, family communications, and parent engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records including staff files, child development documentation, and licensing paperwork
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
