What is an EAP manager?

An EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Manager oversees workplace programs designed to support employees' mental health, well-being, and productivity. They manage EAP services such as counseling, crisis intervention, and wellness initiatives, ensuring employees have access to necessary resources. What are the typical daily responsibilities of an EAP manager?

An EAP Manager’s typical day involves overseeing the delivery of employee assistance services, coordinating with counselors or external providers, and responding to employee referrals or crisis situations.
